Establish in 2019 specializing in cakes and pastries. Owner Eldred Castilan, loved to bake for his wife. Some of his friend suggested that Eldred open his own bakery. With that, Casa Elmira was born. Casa Elmira is known for creating unique handcrafted cakes and bread from the finest ingredients and unchanging passion for perfection. All baked goods are made from scratch, without artificial ingredients.
